Prior to school, Kate worked in private equity for Wind Point Partners, where she focused on the operations of three retail portfolio companies. She is also the survivor of a two-year stint on Wall Street working for Citi’s M&#38;A team. Kate holds a bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship from Ball State University, where she graduated summa cum laude and played basketball for four years. She received the Mid-American Conference Women’s Player of the Year, Indiana’s NCAA Woman of the Year Award and All-American status before an embarrassingly short-lived professional career in the WNBA.
