Since moving to Silicon Valley in 2011, his innovation leadership has been recognized by Popular Science and USA Today. Prior to founding Skully, Marcus was a management consultant and Industrial Psychologist in the Automotive and Semiconductor industries. Marcus has also worked in international relations for the Humboldt Foundation in Germany. There he investigated the impact of transformational leadership on innovation. Marcus holds a Ph.D. in Industrial Psychology from Wayne State University.
