Q: Where do I pick up my attendance tickets, meal tickets, T-shirts and additional items ordered through the Eventbrite registration system?

You may pick up your pre-ordered items at our event Registration Booths upon arrival to the Santa Clara Convention Center, June 8-10, 2015. Please be sure to bring with you a form of ID and, if provided, a printed or electronic confirmation of your order(s).

Q: Where can I find more information concerning Food and Beverage options?

You can purchase pre-ordered lunch for each conference day, via our Registration tool. In addition, you’ll be able to purchase snacks and meals at the Convention Center, during the conference.

Q: What is AWE’s Refund Policy?

To access refund functions or edit your order, log into your Eventbrite account.
Refund requests must be postmarked no later than 12am PST Friday, June 5, 2015 in order to be processed.
A $25 service charge will be applied to registration cancellations.
No refunds for Exhibits Only passes.
