Ori Inbar, Ogmento
Augmented Reality (AR) has the potential to do something parents can’t: free tried from the computer screen and usher them into the real world, to play. In early 2009, a team of AR enthusiasts undertook a mission that was never tried before – create the first augmented reality learning game for the iPhone. Is augmented reality ready for games? Are kids ready for augmented reality? Do they have iPhones? What new game mechanics emerge with AR? Why an AR learning game? Join this session to get first hand answers from that team, that run the gamut of technology, game design, and business considerations.
