Ashley Beattie is a founder and the Chief Marketing Officer at Toronto-based Kiwi Wearables, builders of an open wearable technology device – The Kiwi Move. Prior to Kiwi Ashley worked as an Entrepreneur, a Warship driver for the Royal Canadian Navy, and as a Project Director and Defence Researcher for the Canadian Armed Forces. He speaks regularly on Wearable Technology, Startup Entrepreneurship and Business Strategy.
Outside of Kiwi Ashley plays a weekly sax gig in a jazz/fusion band, teaches kids how to code and takes long road trips in his classic VW Beetle.
