Noted tech evangelist to share his thoughts on the state of Augmented Reality, Wearable Tech, and The Internet of Things
The organizers of Augmented World Expo 2014, are proud to announce that well known tech evangelist Robert Scoble will be delivering an opening keynote for the event. AWE 2014 will take place on May 27-29th at the Santa Clara Convention Center in Santa Clara, CA.
Augmented World Expo, now in its fifth year, is the world’s largest international event for augmented reality, wearable computing, gesture devices, digital eyewear, and the Internet of Things. This year’s show will boast over 200 exhibits from elite brands like Epson, Qualcomm and Intel to pioneering startups such as Daqri, Arqetype, Ngrain, and many more. Attendees will also experience a Wearable Fashion Show produced by Living in Digital Times, the Auggie Awards, a wearables Hackathon, the Glass Class: Designing Wearable Interfaces by Mark Billinghurst and 100 additional talks.
Robert Scoble is a technical evangelist and author of “Age of Context”, known for his popular blog, Scobleizer, which first achieved prominence during his tenure at Microsoft. He currently works for Rackspace and is building a community for people fanatical about the Internet called Building43. He previously worked for Fast Company as a video blogger.
