Noah Zerkin is a prototyper of wearable electronics who has been following the development of Augmented Reality since the mid-nineties. He has independently developed datagloves and limb-tracking systems, and as part of the Human Aerospace Lab at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine, developed self-contained high-frequency wireless data-capture devices for use in movement disorder and tuberculosis research. He is currently working on developing an inexpensive, wearable, and unobtrusive full-body inertial motion-capture system for use with the next generation of head-mounted displays in mobile Augmented Reality applications.
