Hi Naomi, very interesting solution that NGRAIN has. I understand that there will be an AR solution that is markerless

Hi Ton – Thank you! Our upcoming release is using 2D marker/image recognition for tracking, which was a conscious choice at the beginning of development. The ideal is for more automated, 3D object recognition so we are not dependent on markers any longer – checking out the latest in recognition technology is one of the items on our “to do” list during the show! I talk a bit more about markers vs. markerless in NGRAIN’s latest blog post here: http://blog.ngrain.com/2013/05/28/pre-awe-2013-conference-excitement-at-ngrain/
Hope to meet you at the show – we are in Booth 66! :)
